- Best show ever filmed!I was a fan as a child. I loved this series and wanted to be just like Laura Ingalls. My daughter has also taken to the Little House on the Prairie Series. After she had read the books we started watching a few episodes here and there on TV. Then thanks to Amazon, I looked up to see if the series was on DVD, and yes they were. - DVD QualityThis series never disappoints and is perfect family viewing. The screen quality of Series 6 is a little disappointing. The night scenes are on the dark side and it is difficult to make out images. This aside, it contains excellent stories.
