It shows you the variations from the PMS colors in CMYK print as well as what they appear like when coated or uncoated. This was a great value purchased together and will be used for years to come. Both of these color fans show pantone color and their corresponding cmyk colors values (or closest possible match). It's a good tool to take to client meeting and decide if and when it is worth splurging on the pantone color. Since I don't have to worry about that (and the printers I work with all have their own Pantone mixing books), I could focus on what was most important to me: the Pantone color, number and associated CMYK and RGB values.
