 Rating:  - A Vaio P must have.The standard battery only provides less than 2 hours with normal use. If you are interested in using the P without interruptions, you'll be very happy with the Sony Extended Battery. I estimate getting about 4 - 5 hours of normal usage. Rating: - Adds bulk, but makes the Vaio P more useful.I was getting 3 hours at most with the standard battery, and have basically gotten a little more than double that with this battery. I keep the screen at 3 bars of brightness with only WiFi on and, if I leave it alone for a bit, the battery life estimate jumps to 15 hours, but that's obviously not real-world use. I have put Windows 7 on it and other than the battery life was pretty happy with the mobility vs. performance aspects of the P series. Read More Rating: - Terrific!I wanted an extended battery for long flights or all-day conferences. I can go a full 8 hours with this battery if I keep the wireless off and the screen at half brightness. I have a SSHD and Win7, so that helps conserve power, plus I shut the screen off after 2 minutes of inactivity. Very happy with the P series Vaio and this is a terrific battery with relatively low profile. Even with this battery, I can slip the entire computer in my jacket pocket.
