Entry Level Help Desk Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Seeking an individual with minimal experience in the Windows 2K/2K3/XP environment. Primary responsibilities will include help desk and end-user support on various software applications including Office 2000 and Office 2003 and other third party applications.

Secondary responsibilities include performing regular checks on system and network health. The candidate will support our Network Administrator, manage short term tasks, and provide excellent service to end-users. Hands-on training will be provided.

To be successful, you will need to have a positive attitude, enjoy working with a fun group of people, and strive to help build a winning organization.
