 Rating:  - it does not include a plugThe shipping is not very great. I've waited this produce for a long time. It is a used one which has some scratched on surface. It is not a big deal. The most worst thing is, I did not notice that this produce did not contain a plug as the picture shows. A little bit disappoint. Rating:  - Worked Great!This is exactly what we were looking for and worked perfectly with our laptop (and was only half the cost of a new one)! We bought an after market version from a different website first, but had to send it back because it was not compatible with our laptop. This worked as soon as we plugged in and it arrived really quickly too. Great purchase :) Rating:  - Adapter cables not very durableI got one of these adapters with the purchase of a MacBook Pro about 3½ years ago. The MagSafe feature is really handy. It probably saved my computer from a crash to the ground at least five times because someone tripped over the cord, bumped into it, etc. In each case the cord came unplugged from the computer (as it is designed to do) without pulling the machine down with it. Read More Rating: - No ProblemsI've had none of the problems mentioned by the people giving this power supply poor reviews. I've had good results, and I have two of them in use; one for two years. My birds have tried to make them fail by chewing on them but so far only been able to ding the outer insulation. We use our computers everyday, all over the house, and they go with us traveling. Read More Rating: - Works well, but not foreverI've been using this adaptor (with the long wall cord) for 3 years on my MacBook Pro. The only problem is that the transformer gets very hot and in time melts the rubber connection to the MagSafe adaptor. I've tried to mend this with electrical tape, but to no avail. Mac products, in general, seem to run too hot. On my MacBook Pro, I've installed a piece of software that speeds up the fan and this helps somewhat.
